Traks took base cards from their retail set and printed "For promotional purpose only" on the backs in very small letters, with the Traks logo stamped on the front in gold foil. Then they had them packaged in the magazine Tuff Stuff March 1995, one card per copy.
Tuff Stuff mentions there are 1,000 silver foil versions and 100 silver foil autographed versions. Of those two, I've only seen one silver foil logo version and none of the foil autographed versions.
