Given out in 1989 or 1990, these were given out at the San Diego Comic Con. There are two versions, one having the Graphitti Designs graphic on the front. As far as I can tell, these were issued when Graphitti Designs was soliciting a Bettie Page statue designed by Dave Stevens.
