Bugle Boy clothing stores attached one of these cards to items of clothing using a plastic tab, leaving a punched out hole at the top (or even worse a tear). Each card measures 3 by 4-1/8 and has a perforated 2-3/8 by 3 inch section be punched out, should one want to ruin the card. Card number 10 has not surfaced and is believed not to exist. The backs form a puzzle image.
