Created to promote the introduction of the 2002 Buick Rendezvous, these themed promotional card decks were issued in sealed foil packs during 2001. Three different decks are currently known: Versatility (4 cards), Premium Versatility (7 cards), and Luxury (9 cards), with each highlighting the features and equipment of a specific Rendezvous trim/package.
The cards use a playing-card theme to present vehicle features and include promotional copy encouraging recipients to "play" the appropriate deck. The exact method of distribution has not been confirmed, although the decks appear to have been created for promotional use during the introduction of the Buick Rendezvous.
