Produced in 1992 as prototype cards promoting artists featured in Country & Western Magazine. While these cards are commonly associated with the magazine, no evidence has been found confirming they were actually inserted into magazine issues.
In addition to the 18 numbered cards, a blank-backed variation of each card is known. As with the numbered cards, the exact provenance of these blank-backed cards has not been confirmed.
Lastly, two uncut 9-card sheets containing the complete 18-card set are also known, although their provenance remains unknown.
