Both promos for this set were exclusive to Non-Sport Update magazine, inside a marked envelope that also features Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.
The envelope held Lois & Clark promo NSU1 and one of two Vampir Theatre promos. One of them, a 7 inch tall card, was inserted one per five copies of the magazine.
This particular card was limited to 3,500.
