Impel issued a promotional cello-pack of five cards prior to the release of their retail set. The cards look like base cards from the retail set but they are slightly different.
These cards are amazingly tough to find outside of a sealed pack. The fact that they are nearly identical to the cards found in retail packs plus the fact that 1991 was the dawn of the modern promo card, packs were opened by dealers and mixed in with singles from the packs.
