Card number G1 was sent to voters in the 2000 Gummie Awards in Non-Sport Update magazine, accompanied by a paper insert. There are two versions, different on the back where there are two lines of text. The difference is how the two lines are aligned.
A third version can be found with an embossed stamp that reads "Promotional Proof".
