The publisher issued retailer "Dealer Promo" cards as multi-case retailer incentives exclusive to their companies. Each was limited in quantity, varying between the different retailers, and most were also issued as a black and white "proof". The proof quantites were produced in numbers far smaller than the regular versions, at times less than 10 having been issued.
