The Richards Group issued their 100-card retail set without card numbers and gave them all the same back, marked "Promo Sample". These were given out as singles through general means.
They also issued the promo sample set as a whole to those who ordered more than one uncut sheet of the regular issue 100-card set. The promo set was housed in a tuck-box like the retail box set, but where the retail set has a sequential number on the box, the promo set is left blank in that spot.
